Delicious Hamburgers

Serve delicious hamburgers at your next backyard picnic by following our simple recipe. You’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1/4 Pound Ground Beef
  • My Family’s Seasoning Hamburger

Directions

My Family’s Seasonings uses only the freshest spices and herbs available. For juicy burgers, take approximately one-quarter pound of ground meat, sprinkle desired amount of seasoning onto meat, and roll in a ball. Using wax paper, flatten meat into patties, round out edges, and throw on the grill or in a pan on medium heat. When cooking on the stove top, only flip meat once. Let it cook well on each side. This really keeps the juices in. My Family’s Hamburger Seasoning is great on any cut of beef, chicken, pork, or poultry. Generously sprinkle on meat and cook as usual.

On a charcoal grill, wait until the coals are ash-covered and the heat medium. On a gas barbecue, bring to medium heat. Using tongs and a paper towel to wipe a thin sheen of oil on the grill grate. Place Tri-Tip on grill over direct heat. You should hear a slight sizzle, but the heat should not be too high. Grill uncovered, turning several times for 35 to 45 minutes.
