Prep Time: 2 minutes | Cook Time: 16–18 minutes

You will need: 1 to 2 lbs fish or seafood (serves 4–6) · 2 tbsp My Family’s Seafood Seasoning · 2 tbsp olive oil · 1 lemon for marinade

Grilling Method:

Squeeze the juice of one lemon and mix with olive oil. Marinate fish in the mixture, then place on the grill. Sprinkle dry seasoning evenly over fish and grill to desired doneness.

Baking Method:

Place seasoned fish or seafood in a baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice over fish or top with lemon slices. Bake at 350°F in a preheated oven for 16 to 18 minutes.
